border-box;">摘　要</strong>：人民群众幸福感的提升，是新型城镇化的落脚点，改善人居环境是城镇化质量提升的必然要求。既有的社区环境与居民幸福感关系的研究大多基于行政管辖范围评估社区的建成环境状况，且忽视了城市建成环境影响居民幸福感的中间机制。论文基于广州市23个社区采集的问卷调查数据，利用多层线性回归模型、中介效应分析和分层分析，识别影响居民幸福感的建成环境因素，揭示了居住满意度所起到的中介作用，尤其关注缓冲区的重新划定对分析结果的影响，以及建成环境对幸福感影响的异质性效应。结果表明：</p><p border-box;">主观幸福感</span></strong>(subjective well- being, SWB) 是人们对自身生活质量做出的整体性评价[1-2]。2018年，联合国发布的第六份《全球幸福报告》(The World Happiness Report)指出，中国在156个国家和地区中的幸福感指数排名仅为第86名。随着中国发展进入“新常态”阶段，民众幸福感受到政府和社会各界的热切关注，改善人居环境成为城镇化质量提升的必然要求。人民幸福是“中国梦”的本质内涵，也是建立健全城乡融合发展体制机制的基本目标。城市建设需坚持以人民为中心，以提升人民群众幸福感为落脚点。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"  /></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">因此，有必要阐明城市居民幸福感的影响机制，探讨增进城市居民幸福感的有效途径，为推进新型城镇化的建设提供科学依据和决策参考。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"  /></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">作为福祉的重要维度，西方国家对主观幸福感的研究始于20世纪60年代，源自于学者们对快乐<span style="letter-spacing: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">体验的探究[3]。西方国家的幸福感研究主要在2个方面开展：一是构建理论框架和指标体系，利用主观或客观数据对不同国家和地区的主观幸福感水平进行整体评价，并对比分析其差异；二是基于不同学科视角，识别人们主观幸福感的影响因素。早期的研究由心理学家主导，关注人们幸福感的内源性因素，发现性格、年龄、性别、健康、生活态度和收入水平等个体因素对幸福感具有重要影响[2]。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br  /></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">近年来的研究加入了经济学、社会学、环境科学和地理学的视角，逐渐转向对外源性因素的关注，探究日常活动、人生经历、社会关系和自然/人文环境对居</span><span style="letter-spacing: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">民幸福感的影响[4-7]。<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0px;color: rgb(70, 133, 202);box-sizing: border-box;">地理学者主要关注幸福感水平在各个尺度上的空间不均衡，以及自然和人文社会环境对居民幸福感的影响</span></strong>，并在以下4个方面开展实证研究：</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br  /></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">(1) 基于全国性大规模的问卷调查数据，识别城市或区域间国民幸福感差异的影响因素[6,8-11]；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">(2) 基于一个或数个城市的社区问卷调查数据和访谈资料，揭示社区建成环境和社会环境影响居民幸福感的机制[12-15]；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">(3) 通过手持GPS设备、智能手机app和在线调查问卷，利用体验取样法或日重现法收集居民一天或数天的幸福感数据、空间行为数据和社会交往数据，测度城市居民在日常活动中的地理背景对其出行体验和瞬时情感的影响[16-19]；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">(4) 通过追踪调查问卷获得纵贯数据，或者通过传记式访谈获得追溯性数据，基于生命历程的视角，研究重大生命事件的发生和历史—社会经济背景的变迁对人们生活满意度的影响[20-23]。</span></p><p style="text-indent: border-box;">相对而言，国内地理学界对幸福感的研究起步较晚[24-26]。近年来，有学者开始在全国层面上探究国民幸福感的空间差异及其影响因素，发现城市规模、人口密度、公共服务和通勤时间等因素对居民幸福感有显著影响[27-30]。也有学者基于在北京、上海、南京等个别城市所搜集的调查数据，在微观层面上揭示居住社区的建成环境和社会环境与城市居民幸福感的联系[31-38]。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"  /></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">例如，党云晓等[34-35]利用多层级回归模型，研究北京居民幸福感在街道和社区尺度的异质性，以及社区类型和人口结构等地理单元属性对个体幸福感的影响；刘亚霏等[33]基于Lin- denberg的分析框架开展研究，发现居住环境比个人资源对上海老年人主观幸福感的影响作用更强。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"  /></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">仅有少数学者关注建成环境影响居民幸福感的机制和路径。如冯建喜等[37]基于Campbell模型，通过结构方程模型研究社区客观建成环境如何通过主观感知影响南京老年人的生活满意度；申悦等[39]在上海郊区开展了有关社区主客观特征对社区满意度的影响机理分析；马静等[38]利用多层级回归模型和中介效应分析技术，分析社区环境如何通过社区满意度影响北京居民的总体生活满意度。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"  /></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">尽管国内地理学界已开展了大量有关幸福感的研究，但鲜有研究以居民所处真实邻里空间为分析单元，揭示建成环境对居民主观幸福感的影响效应及路径。与之相关的重要概念是可塑性面积单元问题(Modifiable Areal Unit Problem, MAUP)。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"  /></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">可塑性面积单元问题最早被Gehlke等[40]发现。Open-shaw[41]将这一概念运用到地理学研究，指面状数据的分析结果会随着基本面积单元的粒度大小和分区不同而不同，即因连续地理单元的人为划分导致空间模式变化而产生的问题。可塑性面积单元问题包括尺度效应和分区效应2个方面。有学者研究居民健康的邻里效应，指出邻里特征与居民健康的关联会因邻里单元界定方法的不同而异，因此应根据邻里的特征采用不同的方法界定邻里单元[42-43]。由此可知，运用多元统计分析估计邻里建成环境对居民主观幸福感的影响，可塑性面积单元问题不容忽视。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"  /></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">尽管国内学者开始关注社区建成环境对居民幸福感的影响，但前人大多基于行政管辖范围而非居民真实的活动范围评估社区的建成环境状况，可能会面临社区环境影响居民幸福感的可塑性面积单元问题。其次，既有研究缺乏关注城市建成环境影响居民幸福感的中间机制，尤其是居民居住满意度所起到的中介作用。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"  /></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">为弥补前人研究的不足，本文基于广州市23个社区所采集的问卷调查数据，利用多层线性回归模型、中介效应分析和分层分析， 识别影响居民幸福感的建成环境因素，揭示居住满意度所起到的中介作用，尤其关注缓冲区的重新划定对分析结果的影响，并考虑个人社会经济特征异质性对建成环境与居民幸福感之间关联程度的影响。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"  /></p><p normal;box-sizing: border-box;">本文主要的数据来源为2015年6—8月在广州市23个社区开展的问卷调查(图1)。研究采用多阶段抽样法抽取样本。首先，项目组基于分层概率比例规模抽样法(PPS)，在全市7个市辖区(荔湾、越秀、海珠、天河、白云、番禺和黄埔)随机抽取23个社区；其次，采用等距抽样法，基于门牌号从每个抽样<span style="letter-spacing: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">社区中随机抽取50户家庭；最后，利用KISH 表抽样法从每户家庭随机抽取一名18~70岁的家庭成员。最终获得有效问卷1150份。问卷收集了受访对象的人口统计学特征、社会经济地位、健康状况、户籍状况、住宅所有权情况、邻里交往频繁度、居住满意度以及主观幸福感等方面的信息。除了问卷调查数据以外，研究还使用了人口普查数据、土地利用数据、建筑数据、路网数据和POI数据等多种基础地理数据，用以构建建筑密度、人均绿地面积、POI点密度和邻里剥夺指数等社区建成环境和社会环境指标。</span></p><p Life Scale, SWLS)① </strong>测度受访者的生活满意度水平[44]。在操作上，对生活满意度量表<span style="letter-spacing: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">5个条目的得分加总，总得分取值范围为5~35分。生活满意度是指个人对自身长期所处的生活环境所做出的主观性、整体性和相对稳定性的评价[1]。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br  /></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">影响主观幸福感的因素包括社区建成环境、社区社会环境和个体家庭属性等。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"  /></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">在<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="color: rgb(70, 133, 202);box-sizing: border-box;">建成环境</span></strong>方面，既有研究大多基于5D模型， 即密度(Density)、多样性(Diversity)、设计(Design)、公共交通可达性(Distance to transit)及目标可达性(Destination accessibility)，分析城市建成环境与幸福感的联系，选取的指标包括容积率、建筑密度、土地混合度、路网密度、公园可达性、生活设施可达性等[12-15,30,36]。结合前人研究及数据的可获取性，本文基于5D模型选取以下社区建成环境指标：常住人口密度(已基于不同地理单元作加权处理)、建筑密度、设施POI点密度(包括宾馆、餐饮、购物、旅游景点、医疗等12类设施)、人均绿地面积、公交站点密<span style="text-indent: 2em;letter-spacing: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">度和路网密度。基于3类地理单元依次提取上述指标(图2)：</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br  /></p><p border-box;">当前，幸福感受到政府以及社会各界的热切关注，如何提升居民幸福感成为重要议题。本文证实，居民幸福感与其所处邻里环境密切相关，其中，公共绿地与公共服务设施有助于提高居民幸福感，人口过密会使居民幸福感下降，这与前人研究结论一致[16,30,33]。研究进一步阐明了居民所处真实环境对其幸福感的重要作用，为“以人为本”的新型城镇化建设提供重要的政策启示。具体而言：</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"  /></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">首先，政府应当发挥宏观调控作用，合理有序推动城镇化进程，避免城市人口短时间内过度增长而导致城市服务供给严重不足、居民生活品质下降等问题；</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"  /></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">其次，建议在公共资源和服务公平分配的原则下，构建优质、均衡、与人口分布相匹配的公共服务体系，开展 “以人为本”的15 min社区生活圈专项规划，在居民步行可达范围内，配置生活所需的各类基本服务功 能和公共活动空间，打造安全、友好、舒适的生活空间单元[56-57]；</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"  /></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">第三，按照居民出行“300 m见绿、500 m入园”的要求，优化城市绿地布局，通过拆迁建绿、破硬复绿、见缝插绿、立体绿化等措施，拓展绿色空 间。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"  /></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">此外，考虑到城市建成环境对居民幸福感影响在不同社会经济地位群体的异质性，应当因地制宜，为不同群体制定针对性的社区生活圈规划。比如，以本地人为主的社区，建议把工作重心放在民生设施的建设、公共管理和安全防范的加强，以降低人口密度过高造成的负面影响，并注重公共交通衔接性的提升；对于外来人口集聚区，建议把工作重心放在绿色基础设施建设等方面，配置高品质的公共绿色空间。</p><p border-box;">同时，本文尚存在以下不足，有待后续研究跟进。首先，本文的研究区域仅局限于广州，忽略了由于城市或者区域特性而造成的背景效应差异。未来可选取不同城市开展横向对比研究，或将不同尺度的环境变量纳入分析框架。其次，在基于“客观建成环境—主观感知—具体领域满意度—幸福感”分析框架识别中介变量时，本文仅将居住满意度作为待测中介变量纳入分析中，而相关研究已证实居住满意度并非是社区建成环境影响居民主观幸福感的唯一中介。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"  /></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">因此，后续研究需对此进一步完善，考虑出行满意度、交往满意度、休闲满意度等其他作用路径。再者，纳入回归分析的2个社区社会环境变量是基于居委行政管辖范围的汇总指标，与1000 m面要素缓冲区和15 min步行可达范围不匹配，在阐述模型结果的时候应当注意模型结果测量误差的存在。并且，本文采用Baron等[54]的逐步法开展中介效应分析，可能忽略了中介变量与直接变量之间统计上的相关关系，后续研究可使用结构方程模型进行完善。此外，本文所采用的是截面数据而非面板数据，仅能证实社区建成环境的部分指标与居民幸福感之间存在相关关系，无法识别因果关系。后续研究可采用追踪调查法获取时间序列数据，进而揭示影响居民幸福感的根本原因。</p><p
