Instead, the flowing and mixing space among different functions appeared. The light of “Book Mountain” and the ball digital image combined together to satisfy the needs of light decoration, stage setting and theme rending. Therefore, a 54m*60m space truss is designed to connect two sides of functional areas and provides a non-column space for the “Book Mountain” on the 4th floor and 5th floor. Based on scale analysis of reading and communication behavior, we defined the basic measure pattern of the shelf height as 480mm, and weight as no less than 900mm with 160mm stair height. Our vision is to create a dynamic space and a new library that could perfectly adapted to the modern life and face to the future. Collaborated with MVRDV，this is the second realized TAUPD library project after Tianjin Library，which collaborated with Riken Yamamoto.
